Common Questions

Pricing FAQ

Do I need a walkthrough before I get a real price?+
Yes. The rates above are starting points — actual pricing depends on acreage, terrain, access, and current condition. Every retainer and project quote is confirmed in writing after we've walked the property.
Can I switch retainer tiers later?+
Yes — you can move up or down a tier at the end of any billing cycle. Most clients start on Foundation or Momentum and move to Authority once a build project is underway.
Is there a contract or minimum term?+
Retainers run on a 3-month minimum term so we can plan crew and equipment time around the growing season. After the minimum term, retainers continue month-to-month unless cancelled.
What counts as an "emergency response"?+
Storm damage, downed fencing near livestock, irrigation failures during active planting, and equipment breakdowns mid-job. Authority tier clients get 24-hour priority response; Foundation and Momentum are handled on standard rotation.
Do add-on rates apply if I'm already on a retainer?+
Retainer clients get priority scheduling and, on Momentum and Authority, included build/repair hours before add-on rates kick in. Work beyond included hours is billed from the same add-on table at a discounted retainer rate.
How do you handle materials costs for builds?+
Labor and materials are itemized separately in every build proposal, so you can see exactly what's crew time and what's lumber, hardware, or equipment. We source materials directly and pass through actual cost.
