Green Horizon Collective provides agricultural design, farm yard construction, lawn and turf management, equipment maintenance, irrigation and drainage work, and seasonal grounds upkeep. Specific scope, timeline, and pricing for any project are confirmed in a written proposal following an on-site walkthrough, and that written proposal — not this website — governs the individual engagement.
Pricing shown on this website, including retainer tiers and add-on rates, reflects typical starting rates and is provided for general reference only. Final pricing depends on property size, terrain, access, and condition, and is confirmed in writing after a walkthrough. We are not obligated to honor a rate shown on this website if it does not reflect the actual scope of work required.
Retainer agreements (Foundation, Momentum, and Authority tiers) are billed monthly with a minimum initial term as stated at the time of enrollment. Continued service after the minimum term proceeds month-to-month unless either party provides written notice of cancellation.
Clients are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the property for scheduled work, disclosing known hazards (underground lines, unstable structures, livestock behavior, etc.), and ensuring accurate information about property boundaries and existing utilities.
Payment terms are set out in each written proposal or retainer agreement. Late payments may result in paused service until the account is brought current.
While we take care in every design, build, and maintenance visit, agricultural and outdoor work is inherently subject to weather, soil, and site conditions outside our control. Green Horizon Collective is not liable for crop loss, weather-related damage, or pre-existing site conditions not disclosed prior to the start of work, except where caused by our direct negligence.
